Join a dynamic team in the energy sector as an Recruitment Advisor, where you'll leverage your sourcing expertise to attract top talent for challenging roles. -Lead the development of a dashboard for the sourcing team to assess key metrics on the external labor market. -Utilize strategic sourcing methodologies and technology tools to identify and engage external talent prospects. -Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using tools and external analytics. -Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a viable talent pipeline. -Collaborate with Hiring Leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to understand talent requirements. -Develop a strong network of external talent for hard-to-fill skills and maintain engagement with them. -Use technology tools and social media platforms to locate talent with the required skills. -Partner with the recruitment team to execute talent sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
