Repair and maintain various home appliances for residential clients in the Greensboro/Winston‑Salem area.

Tasks

-Liaising with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed about the status of repair work -Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal -Troubleshooting and diagnosing a range of home appliances including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and other appliances -Ordering and sourcing necessary parts for repairs -Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and install for appliances according to manufacturer's specifications -Providing accurate quotes and estimates to clients for the repair work required -Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and parts used -Providing recommendations to clients on maintenance of their appliances

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation -Preferred: At least 5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or similar trades -Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a reliable, punctual attitude! -Ability to navigate online portal -Must have your own tools and be capable of working independently -ONBOARDING VIDEO TRAINING WITH LIVE VENDOR REP IS REQUIRED BEFORE WORKORDERS CAN BE ISSUED -Must have a truck, van, or SUV with the ability to haul equipment -GENERAL LIABILITY IS REQUIRED - WORKERS COMP PREFFERED - COI REQUIRED -Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment -I9/W9 REQUIRED WITH VALID TAX ID
