National Sales Training Manager

Overview

Develop and deliver training programs, create materials, and ensure consistent training across the organization.

Tasks

-Continuously develop and implement training content. Develop measures to ensure training is uniformly applied and successful across RBA. Partner with local managers as needed. -Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update supporting materials for the retailers to train and use in the field. This includes videos, written materials, and electronic learning. -Assist in developing and facilitating classes for the network. -Partner with internal experts in the development and delivery of product knowledge, training, and materials. -Design and facilitate Training Modules that can be delivered remotely and on-site.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated financial acumen and business decision-making skills -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) -8 or more years relevant business experience to include a minimum of 4 years of experience in training development, including curriculum design and facilitation. -Experience in public speaking, leading training sessions, and developing effective training strategies. -Willingness to travel up to 40% -Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to energize and influence others -Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics to drive training outcomes -Strong background in training development and facilitation -Customer-focused mindset with a strong orientation toward results -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience -Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
