Commercial Service Plumber

Overview

Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems for new and existing facilities.

Tasks

-Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with applicable standards and local codes. -Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and completed tasks. -Install and service commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, sanitary drainage, storm drains, and fixtures. -Perform cutting, threading, assembling, and installation of pipes using hand or power tools. -Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing code requirements. -Follow all safety protocols including use of PPE and compliance with OSHA standards. -Collaborate with other trades (HVAC, electrical, general construction) on-site as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical specs. -Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, or crouch for extended periods. -High school diploma or GED required. -3+ years of commercial plumbing experience required. -Valid Driver License. -Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions. -Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. -Comfortable using pipe-threading machines, torch, pressure gauges, and diagnostic equipment. -Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
