Senior BMS Specialist Engineer

Tasks

-Develop and review BMS designs, specifications, and integration plans for HVAC, lighting, and other MEP systems. -Monitor and analyze building performance data to identify energy-saving opportunities. -Implement strategies for sustainability and cost reduction. -Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution. -Lead BMS-related projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. -Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and FM staff. -Ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with relevant codes and standards. -Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, updates, and maintenance activities. -Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. -Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions promptly. -Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in BMS and smart building solutions.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. -Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical controls, and energy management principles. -Proficiency in system diagnostics, programming, and integration. -BSc degree in MEP Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing specialization). -Strong communication and leadership skills. -Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent professional certification. -Knowledge of sustainability standards (LEED, ISO 50001). -Experience with IoT-based building automation and smart building technologies. -Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within the Facilities Management (FM) field, with proven expertise in BMS systems. -Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider). -Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
