-Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events -Serve as the PM for site development projects that are changing Middle Tennessee -Mentor junior staff -Create and execute project work plans -Contribute to Tennessee Division strategic growth initiatives -Champion and manage relationships with key clients -Collaborate on regional growth strategy -Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule

What You Bring
-Experience working on Nashville Metro projects is a plus -Seller/doer mentality -Strong experience with AutoCAD and stormwater modeling software required -Registered Tennessee Professional Engineer -Excellent communication and client relation skills -BSCE or related discipline -A track record of adhering to design budgets and project schedules -Minimum of 8 years of design experience -Leadership track potential
