Tasks

-Pricing, tracking and managing change orders. -Maintaining organized and detailed project records. -Planning and executing project completion and punch list. -Submitting hours and cost codes. -Completing a comprehensive estimate. -Establishing labor and productivity rates. -Identifying change orders and ensuring effective resolution. -Managing design development logs and criteria compliance matrix. -Identifying value added solutions & cost savings methods. -Developing a Safety Plan. -Preparing invoices. -Preparing specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. -Maintaining as-builts as work is completed. -Assisting in Field Inspections / productivity tracking. -Documenting project issues/conditions. -Running day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section of a project. -Gaining knowledge and assisting with the Materials Requisition System. -Managing productivity reports. -Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule. -Planning and monitoring cash flow against cash expenses. -Managing schedule updates. -Identify and understand the speech of another person. -Managing coordination & detailing logs & schedule. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Being a major participant in Project Kick Off Meeting (PKOM) process. -Identifying value added solutions and cost saving methods. -Planning and maintaining Manpower forecasts in relation to budget and schedule. -Submitting O&M manuals. -Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

What You Bring

-Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. -Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. -Running a KPR (Key Project Review). -Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. -3+ years of experience with a Masters of Science degree in Engineering -Professional Engineer License, preferred -5+ years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferably from an ABET accredited program) -Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
