The Role

Tasks

-Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer. -Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. -Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team. -Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction. -Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance. – -Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need. -Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.

What You Bring

-Must have certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D). -Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform. -Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position. -Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License. -Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity). -Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications. -Must adhere to all safety rules. -Must have a valid ODP certificate. -Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required. -Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets. -Must have Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license. -Consistent work with a predictable and stable work schedule -Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
