Tasks

-Obtain and maintain construction permits; manage fee payments and recurring expenses -Coordinate safety and compliance for all team members; maintain schedule of timelines and ensure completion -Implement the pre-construction quality plan and manage testing and inspection processes -Expedite submittals to align with project schedule; communicate submittal process details to subcontractors and suppliers -Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons -Mentor, manage, and evaluate field engineers; determine alternative work methods as needed -Manage, create, and distribute contract documents; establish handling procedures for electronic documents (RFIs, correspondence) -Develop and maintain Material Tracking List, Project Test and Inspection Listing, Concrete Placement Log, and Non-Conformance Report -Incorporate processes and procedures for project closeout phase; define and implement procedures for posting revisions and updates to as-built construction documents -Manage submittals: set up register, obtain customer/architect approval, prepare transmittal forms, coordinate packaging, review, and processing

What You Bring

-Detail orientation sufficient to organize and effectively manage multiple tasks -Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices -Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Proven positive and professional attitude and customer service skills -Minimum of three years related construction experience -Current driver’s license -Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, and problem-solving skills
