Transforming The Way Construction Owners Use Technology & Data

  • Invoice Processing Oversight
  • Client Billing Coordination
  • Cross-Phase Coordination: Facilitate smooth hand-offs between Preconstruction, Construction, and Operations teams regarding cost-related matters. Attend key Preconstruction meetings to ensure knowledge continuity across project phases.
  • Change Order Documentation and Management
  • Deliver end-to-end cost control services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters and with maximum value.
  • Tool Optimization & Process Efficiency: Analyze current tool usage (particularly Procore) and identify opportunities for data streamlining and process improvement. Recommend and implement additional systems/tools as needed to support client objectives.
  • Project Team Collaboration: Support Project Managers by owning all cost-related processes for both Prime and Subcontractor scopes. Serve as the central point for financial coordination, allowing PMs to focus on schedule, quality, and delivery.

  • 5+ years of data center construction scheduling and/or project management expertise.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills to deliver actionable insights to developers, owners, and construction teams.
  • 5+ years of data center or mission critical experience.
  • Deep understanding of cost drivers in data center development, including MEP-intensive systems, high-capacity electrical infrastructure, cooling technologies, and IT/telecom integration.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying authentic and having fun.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, phased scheduling strategies in high-performance projects.
  • Coachable; recognizes strengths & weakness and open to guidance
  • Proven track record in managing costs for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects.
  • Even-tempered; handles pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in contract support including negotiation, change order (CO) review and analysis, monthly invoicing, client billing, and change management in large, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience aligning cost management with scheduling, procurement, and risk management processes.
