-Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business -Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aftersales practices -Develop and implement strategies to maximize aftersales revenue and profitability -Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement -Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of aftersales activities -Manage a team of aftersales staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations -Utilize software systems to track customer interactions, sales data, and service history -Implement upselling techniques to increase revenue from aftersales services -Ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims
