Customer Service Coordinator

Tasks

-Perform daily 3 PM check-ins with field technicians to confirm work progress and readiness for the next day -Audit maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with services agreed upon -Respond promptly to service calls, providing updates on earliest availability -Schedule subcontractors as needed and ensure compliance with customer contract terms -Schedule all work orders at least two weeks in advance whenever possible -Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling updates, changes, and confirmations -Uphold communication standards that reflect Oklahoma Chiller's commitment to transparency, reliability, and exceptional service -Manage maintenance contracts and schedule all jobs with customers and subcontractors

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and complete work activities efficiently -Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination in a customer-focused environment -Bachelor's degree in communications or a related area preferred -Ability to navigate through stressful situations with critical thinking and patience -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
