  • Prepare specification packages
  • Coordinate with clients and sub-consultants
  • Prepare roadway plan set components including plan, profile, cross section, and detail sheets
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines in a team environment
  • Develop and mentor roadway staff
  • Serve as a hands-on, project based, Roadway Lead for our East Gulf projects providing roadway discipline leadership, technical expertise, and roadway design production oversight
  • Calculate quantities and prepare construction cost estimates

  • Alternative Delivery design experience required
  • OpenRoad Design experience preferred
  • Competent with MicroStation
  • Experience with DOT’s on Major Highway and Interstate projects
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Licensed PE (Alabama and/or Tennessee preferred)
  • A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • Leadership and Team Building experience
  • 20+/- years experience
