The Role

Overview

Manage a portfolio of large retail centres, handling leases, tenant relations, and site upkeep.

Tasks

-Regular Inspection of the Centre/s to ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination of any works (as required). -Provide support to the client in administering the terms of all leases. -Learn, grow, and build your career alongside an experienced and supportive retail management team. -Assist the client to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events. -Provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure. -Provide a weekly summary report on Tenant Performance and Feedback and Property Presentation. -Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management. -To help ensure a safe and trusted environment for everyone, all successful candidates will need to complete a police check as part of our standard recruitment process. -Innovative technology & tools  – Work with cutting-edge property platforms and tools. -Use your strong administration skills to support a portfolio of large format retail centres across North and Northeast Perth. -Real Estate License (Mandatory) & Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory). -We will only consider candidates with valid Australian working rights. -Relevant degree, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred. -Real Estate Licence required – but don’t worry if you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you get it! -Knowledge of Centre operations.
