  • Design hybrid infrastructure strategies that support legacy workloads while enabling cloud-native transformation.
  • Lead re-platforming efforts from On-Prem or other cloud-native workloads to centralized solutions.
  • Engage with a collaborative team that is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the energy sector.
  • Support data governance, lineage, and metadata management initiatives.
  • Lead the Okta to Entra ID migration, including conditional access policy design, MFA enforcement, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate and implement automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible.
  • Provide guidance Application/Data Architects and Technical owners on the Cloud, Hybrid Infrastructure, and Platforms for their workloads.
  • Ensure secure data access, integration pipelines, and platform scalability for analytics and AI/ML workloads.
  • Coordinate with vendors and key stakeholders to track financial assessments and project proposals for S&L Technologies, ensuring alignment with S&L’s business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Document and align cloud architecture standards across Azure, AWS, Oracle OCI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure consistency and compliance as workloads are created on these platforms.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects to define standards and implement architectures for Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, and other data platforms.
  • Establish and maintain landing zones, management groups, and blueprints for secure and scalable cloud adoption.
  • Assess workload migration to Oracle OCI, document implementation plan for S&L Infrastructure team.
  • Define and implement Azure subscription and resource governance, including naming conventions, tagging strategies, RBAC, policy enforcement, and cost management. Work with Governance body for governance policy and implementation.
  • Serve as Tenant Architect and Administrator Microsoft Platforms (Power Platform, Fabric, Purview, M365, Azure, and Environment Administrator), Oracle OCI, integration with these across other SaaS and ERP solutions.

  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
  • TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks (a plus)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, IoC).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, or platform administration.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Okta Certified Administrator or equivalent Entra ID expertise
  • FSA & HSA
  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with data platform integration (Fabric, Purview, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica).
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Oracle OCI cloud services and governance models.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD/Entra ID, AVD, and governance frameworks.
