Tasks

-Coordinate with ground crews to ensure seamless communication and execution of crane operations. -Identify and assess potential risks associated with tree removals, implementing necessary safety measures. -Execute hazardous tree removals with precision, considering safety and environmental impact. -Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all roping and rigging activities. -Operate cranes to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently. -Conduct safety briefings and inspections before and after each task to ensure a secure work environment. -Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 groundmen, fostering effective teamwork and ensuring timely task execution. -Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and industry standards to mitigate risks during aerial operations. -Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic lift equipment. -Utilize advanced roping and rigging techniques to secure equipment and materials at height.
