Tasks

-Utilize multivariate DOE to identify key process drivers and optimize performance. -Lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction across operations by identifying process inefficiencies and waste. -Conduct training and mentorship for Green Belts and project teams to build organizational capability. -Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Minitab and SQL to analyze and interpret data. -Present findings and recommendations to leadership through data visualization and reports. -Develop data-driven solutions and implement process controls to ensure long-term success. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and success metrics. -Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven improvements. -Ensure project alignment with business strategy and measurable impact on KPIs. -Apply DMAIC methodology to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. -Design and build a predictive model utilizing past and current process and performance data to proactively indicate recommended process condition changes and the expected outcome

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience with multivariate DOE and statistical modeling. -Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams to achieve significant business results. -Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, SQL, etc). -Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. -Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. -Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. -Experience in predictive analytics, AI/ML applications in process improvement. -Familiarity with agile project management and digital transformation initiatives. -5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or data analytics. -Excellent communication and leadership skills influence and drive change.
