Tasks

-Monitor toolbox talks and safety meetings, ensuring they are being conducted and logged properly -Stay updated on I9 law and regulatory changes and ensure proper documentation -Perform random audits to ensure ongoing compliance across departments -Work with senior leadership to ensure company policies and the employee handbook are up-to-date and compliant -Document and track incidents to ensure timely follow-up by Human Resources and management -Ensure that all Insurance Certificates are sent to clients and government entities as required -Maintain compliance signage for Department of Labor, City, State, and Federal requirements -Monitor and Maintain employee performance using our performance management software -Implement internal checks and balances to streamline processes and prevent compliance issues -Research and develop policies for unfamiliar compliance issues to ensure the company’s adherence to all regulations -Create training guides for all departments -Review and manage employee files to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate -Track and manage all company license renewals -Train new employees on company systems and procedures -Support Human Resources to ensure compliance with all City, State, and Federal regulations -Audit OSHA 300 logs and ensure accurate tracking of safety meeting documentation -Audit job folders for required documents such as signed contracts, Certificates of Insurance, and Owner Controlled Insurance Program documents
