Serve as the primary client contact as needed, managing daily communications, expectations, and relationships.
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams through business development, project design and delivery.
Partner with Market Leaders, quality-assurance leads and Project Approvers to ensure technical and design excellence, client satisfaction, and financial success.
Oversee project documentation in compliance with AECOM’s project management framework for projects in any of a range of delivery modes – design-build, design-bid build, construction manager at risk, progressive design-build.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality across multiple complex projects.
Develop project execution strategies/plans, review contracts, and prepare fee proposals.
Liaise with the managing principal to build a culture of thought leadership.
Set standard practices for the department where helpful, and mentor staff to improved performance as well as their chosen career path/development.
Manage sub-consultants: define scope, negotiate fees, track deliverables and performance.
Track project performance, identify and mitigate scope changes, scope creep, delays, or quality issues.

NCARB Certification and LEED Accreditation.
Strong communication and presentation skills; adaptable to various audiences.
10 years of project management experience in transportation, infrastructure, or Federal architectural projects and experience in project leadership on complex architectural projects.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus eight years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Demonstrated experience working with Federal or public sector agencies.
Proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools.
