Tasks

-Collaborate with management to work proactively to improve business operations financially -Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. -Create purchase orders and manage the procedure to ensure compliance -Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Accounting Personnel and other staff. -Monthly account reconciliations of multiple credit card and bank accounts -Relays changes of information to appropriate Management -Assist in general office duties such as answering the phone, scanning and filing -Monthly Financial statements preparation and review for management analysis -Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment. -Maintain all financial documents electronically
