Tasks

The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving operational problems & for driving NPS and CSAT scores across Sales, RM and PM departments to minimise & optimise TAT for customer deliverables cross cross-functional coordination. -To ensure timely payment in the RM Stage -To work around bottlenecks in the Sales - RM handover & also in the RM-PM handover -To manage NPS & CSAT scores during this stage -To ensure that the TAT around Sales - RM - PM Handover is under control
