Overview

Design, update, and maintain Inventor CAD models and drawings for modular energy systems

Tasks

-Collaborate across disciplines to ensure full system integration in tight spaces -Work directly with engineers and fabricators to resolve design issues in real time -Support engineering teams with drawing packages for fabrication, assembly, and field deployment -Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D models and 2D drawings in Autodesk Inventor -Translate conceptual layouts into manufacturable designs -Manage part libraries, drawing revisions, BOMs, and design documentation

What You Bring

-Detail-oriented with excellent file organization and version control habits -Familiarity with electrical routing and harnessing in CAD -Flat org, fast decisions -Prior work in cleantech, energy, or field-deployed hardware -Ability to interpret and apply GD&T, tolerances, and DFM best practices -Strong mechanical drafting and modeling fundamentals -Experience with pressure systems, piping, or modular assemblies -Comfortable on the shop floor and working hands-on with prototypes -Experience working with weldments, sheet metal, and structural framing -Expert-level Inventor skills (parts, assemblies, and drawings)
