The Role

Overview

Ensures safety compliance and provides training across Texas construction sites.

Tasks

-Promote continuous improvement and accountability within the safety culture. -Review and verify Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), permits, and daily safety documentation. -Conduct safety inspections, field audits, and incident investigations. -Partner with field operations to identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards. -Deliver and facilitate training (OSHA 10/30, MEWP, confined space, First Aid/CPR/AED).

What You Bring

-Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety processes. -Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and enter small or confined spaces in industrial environments -Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and safety documentation. -Strong leadership, communication, and training delivery skills. -Ability to lift up to 20 pounds -Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, precipitation, wind, noise, and potentially hazardous atmospheres -Preferred: OSHA 500, MEWP trainer, scaffold/swing stage trainer, confined space trainer, fit test administrator, lead abatement trainer, MSHA, First Aid/CPR/AED trainer. -5+ years of safety experience in commercial or industrial construction. -Prolonged periods of computer and desk work -Up to 25% overnight travel within the assigned region
