-Experience with data migration tools and integration frameworks. -Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, entities, workflows, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). -6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / F&O / BC) implementation and consulting. -Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines. -Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect (preferred). -Experience working with Azure integrations and third-party connectors is a plus. -Proven presales experience — client presentations, demos, proposals, and solution scoping. -Exposure to industry-specific Dynamics 365 accelerators. -Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
