What You Bring

-Strong Financial Acumen (budgets, financial reporting, how to increase revenue and manage expenses) -Must be highly motivated and engaged with strong Sales and Marketing skills -Must reside in/near Tampa, FL -Strong leadership and team management experience -3+ years of Regional Manager experience in the Multi-family space -Proven success as a multi-family regional manager, managing multiple multi-family communities/assets at a given time -REIT experience strongly preferred
