-Ability to work cross functionally with all leaders and divisions throughout Aldridge -Ability to prioritize and manage time -Bluebeam and Excel experience is preferred -Willing to travel as necessary to Chicago IL Headquarters for training / bid reviews and closeouts -Highly detailed and task oriented -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background -Excellent communication -5+ years’ experience in estimating -Understand national, state, and city construction codes of the trade and location of work -Strong work ethic -Understand project logistics and project schedule
