Mid Architect / Junior Architect

Design & coordination role for mid/junior architects in redevelopment and infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Prepare feasibility layouts, presentation drawings, and working drawings. -Ensure drawing compliance with local bye-laws (NMMC, PMC, MCGM, CIDCO, etc.). -Coordinate with consultants and assist in approval documentation. -Support seniors in preparing layouts, approval drawings, and working details. -Work on landmark Redevelopment, SRA, and Infrastructure projects. -Lead design development from concept to execution. -Stay updated with local DCR norms and FSI regulations. -Prepare 3D visuals, design presentations, and submission sets. -Attend site visits and meetings for smooth project coordination. -Coordinate with developers, societies, consultants, and authorities. -Manage and guide junior architects and interns.

What You Bring

The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, technically strong, and familiar with UDCPR 2020, DCPR 2034, and redevelopment norms applicable within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. We combine expertise across Architecture, Structure, Legal, and Project Management to deliver integrated solutions to societies, developers, and institutions. -Junior Architect: 0–3 years (Freshers with good technical knowledge may apply). -Strong understanding of building codes, FSI calculations, and redevelopment rules. -Mid Architect: Minimum 5+ years experience. -Exposure to multi-disciplinary in-house teams – Legal, Structural, PMC, and Design. -Education: B.Arch (COA Registration is an additional advantage). -AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit (preferred), MS Office. -Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively. -Excellent design sense, visualization, and communication skills.
