Hold regular team meetings and one-to-ones to monitor progress, encourage feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Design and maintain an effective team structure to support operational delivery and growth.
Provide strategic input and ad hoc support on complex or sensitive projects, identifying opportunities for financial and operational improvements.

Motivate, manage, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver land and property advice and services to clients, aligned with DM values.
Maintain and improve own expert knowledge and skills through company run and specialist CPD
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring a first-class service.
Deliver supportive line management, recognising achievements, delegating effectively, and addressing challenges constructively.
Oversee the contract tender process and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Take full ownership of the quality of work, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team outcomes.
Set, manage, and regularly review team objectives in line with the company business plan and strategic goals.
