Tasks

-Promote adoption of standardized BI tools and reduce reliance on manual Excel reporting. -Support the data collection and analysis processes to provide insights on customer behaviors and preferences. -Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to align efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Partner with the data engineering team to extend data warehouse coverage and integrate new internal/external data sources. -Document and escalate data gaps to ensure business information and analytical needs are met. -Support testing and rollout of new BI reports and dashboards with business stakeholders. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track CRM effectiveness. -Participate as an active member of the Business Development, Marketing, and Business Analyst team. Contribute to shared goals and collaborate with colleagues on achievement of priorities. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to identify areas where data sharing can improve business decisions for the organization. -Contribute to the development of customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts. -Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present findings and identify opportunities for improvement. -Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports leveraging Salesforce and other marketing/sales data. -Deliver recurring reports and KPIs (e.g., weekly performance, pipeline trends, marketing ROI) to leadership. -Provide consultation and ad-hoc analysis to business development and marketing leaders, shaping strategies with data-driven recommendations. -Participate in user training and support for CRM systems and processes. -Lead analysis efforts to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and cross-sell within business development. -Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CRM tools to improve customer interaction and experience.

What You Bring

-Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actional insights. -2-4 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or BI roles (preferably in sales/marketing contexts). -Proficiency in Microsoft applications -Experience in construction, professional services, or related industries. -Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills -Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Exposure to marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or pipeline forecasting. -Familiarity or experience with Python -Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities -Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. -Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision -Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field OR 4 or more years of equivalent experience. -Familiarity or experience with SQL -Ability to function as an integral team member, working under time constraints and meeting deadlines in a changing environment -Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and Tableau.
