Tasks

-Assign tasks to and collaborate with technicians and other technical staff to keep work moving efficiently. -Apply working knowledge of governing design codes to ensure compliance and quality in all deliverables. -Independently complete complex design tasks and prepare assigned portions of project documents with accuracy and detail. -Develop new specifications, conduct research, and perform investigations to support innovative engineering solutions. -Perform and cross-check engineering calculations to ensure precision and reliability. -Evaluate project requirements to select appropriate methods, and apply advanced engineering techniques and procedures. -Use industry-standard design tools and technical software to produce clear, high-quality plans and documentation.

What You Bring

-Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. -EIT Certification -Knowledge or interest in working Public Works (Municipal) projects -1+ year of work experience -ArcGIS (preferred, but not required) -Microstation and/or AutoCAD and ability to learn new technical software and design tools
