Tasks

-Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products. -Assisting with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds. -Mixing and pouring concrete. -Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products. -Handling and moving heavy construction materials. -Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear. -Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors. -Loading and unloading materials and supplies. -Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.

What You Bring

-Preferred - Experience working in a manufacturing environment. -Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions. -Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches. -Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. -Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment. -Preferred - Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
