What You Bring

-optimizing efficiency, -Must have extensive industry experience in a supervisory position OR an equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience. -Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements. -Manual dexterity required to use computer and peripherals. -Experience of operating and maintaining Asphalt Plants and Ready-Mix equipment. -Strong written and oral communication skills. -Must have technical knowledge of asphalt and concrete equipment and process. -Ability to work independently and effectively manage responsibilities. -Strong computer skills including knowledge of Command Alkon and MINDS software, MS Office, and JDE.
