Tasks

-Provide 1st & 2nd Level support for difficult end-user problems including programming and systems design enhancements and modifications -Design, documentation, testing, creation and modification of computer programs and systems to serve Encore end-users -Trouble-shooting/repairing notebook and desktop computers -Installing software applications, printers, scanners, etc. -Drive to locations throughout Colorado, including mountainous areas, and occasionally to Wyoming, in varying seasons and weather conditions -Provide best-in-class customer service to all levels of the organization -Troubleshooting/repairing notebook and desktop computers -Develop and create processes and procedures including detailed documentation -Update and maintain windows servers, including testing and troubleshooting -Configure monitoring of network infrastructure devices -Administer and configure SPAM filtering rules using FortiMail -Create, edit, remove and maintain Azure AD accounts -Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, vendors, management, and employees -Tracking numbers and bits of data relevant to the work assignment -Configure and maintain network infrastructure devices -Update existing documentation as-needed -Keep accurate documentation on calls received and status of projects -Installation of printers -Estimating resources needed to complete required tasks -Organizing work to accomplish tasks -Maintain current documentation on information systems -Build new software packages and deploy to users via SCCM -Drive to locations throughout the state of CO and WY. -Troubleshoot issues over the phone -Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed -Installation of scanners -Earn and maintain customer’s trust -Using communication software -Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships

What You Bring

-Excellent customer service skills -System analysis and programming -MS Exchange Server installations -Adapting to new and changing requirements, environments, and/or information -Problem solving -Systems administration and systems analysis techniques including working with end-users to determine hardware, software, and systems functional specifications -Communicate professionally with users of varying skill levels -Business writing -MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ISP installations, Windows 10, Office 2016 and O365 experience preferred. -MS Server 2013 or later -Experience in the commercial construction industry is also preferred. -Basic understanding of networking in a Windows environment -Networking in a Windows environment -End-user training -Reading and writing -Effective written and oral communication sufficient to be able to elicit and communicate information and achieve understanding -Vision acuity (near and far) -MS Hyper-V Cluster -Personal Computer/notebook troubleshooting -Lifting (up to 50 lbs) -Associates Degree in IT is required. -Work well with others to accomplish the mission of the organization and of the job -2-4 years Windows 7/10 desktop support in an AD environment required. -Desktop support
