Analyst for global APPO, supporting Oracle/SAP, GRIR/GRNI, month‑end & controls

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepare balance sheet reconciliations every month for different balance accounts. -Be accountable & take ownership of their role, inspires and decision making for gaps identified on the process -Support and/or lead department activities related to process improvements and standard work. -Troubleshoot any AP related system issues -Process Governance: Supports month-end close processes, achieves month close deadlines by driving effective close procedures, timely resolution of any issue. -Collaborate with the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits for the sites and activities under the scope. -Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFA goals. Support site, functional or corporate initiatives. -Business Partner: a)Effectively communicates and engages with customers to keep them abreast on project progress, potential risks as well as developing suitable mitigating plans. -Internal Controls and Compliance: Drive controls and compliance by ensuring APPO reconciliations and process comply with applicable financial policies and PTP key controls. -Ensure the accuracy on Tax JE, VAT, inventory, banks, expense liabilities, resolution of on hold invoices, third part matrix and fixed assets. -Ensure the accuraccy of the JE posted and identify trends or risks on the process.
