Driver / Event Set Up

Overview

Drive residents to activities and assist with events, vehicle upkeep, and support senior care.

Tasks

-Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. -Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. -Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. -Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). -Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. -May perform housekeeping functions as directed.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Maintain a valid driver's license -Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required -CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date. -Must have and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) -Availability needed during evenings and weekends. -High school diploma or GED required
