Tasks

-Assist in data management: Support the IT team in data backup, recovery, and maintenance tasks. -Assist in testing and evaluating new software applications or system upgrades to ensure functionality and compatibility. -Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. -Assist with user support: Respond to and resolve basic technical issues reported by end-users through various channels such as email, phone, or in person. -Assist in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and implementing basic network configurations. -Assist with ongoing IT projects, such as system upgrades, software implementations, or network enhancements, under the guidance of senior IT staff. -Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects across the IT department.

-Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability -Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources -Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing related degree. -Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude -Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this position. Individuals with temporary visas (including, but not limited to E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN) or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire. -Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, e-mail software -Basic oral and written communication skills
