Tasks

-Preparation of Tender documentation. -Preparation of cost plans, estimates, BOQs Measurement, take-offs based on standard method of measurements. -Collaborate with design team for cost studies, value engineering etc.

What You Bring

-Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills. -Must have proficiency in utilities. -Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required. -Must have Master planning experience. -Knowledge and understanding of all infrastructure elements ie. bridges, roads, marine etc. and overall construction costs. -Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University. -Min 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Middle East. -Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. -Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract cost management services.
