Tasks

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets. -Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team sales targets -Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress -Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones -Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets -Meet customers in person to resolve their queries and move them forward in the conversion pipeline -Manages Service Requests and makes sure that customers are engaged through the lifecycle of Service Request
