We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a strong background in façade systems and project cost estimation. If you are passionate about precision, strategic cost planning, and contributing to large-scale projects, this is your opportunity to thrive! -Ability to read and interpret complex design, shop, and fabrication drawings. -Software Proficiency: Expertise in estimation tools/software like AutoCAD and Excel-based estimation templates. -Strong understanding of fabrication processes and site installation procedures, including equipment, timelines, and their impact on costs. -A commitment to precision and excellence in cost breakdowns and BOQ preparation. -Advanced skills in material selection with a deep understanding of lifecycle processes from estimation to handover. -Strong collaborative mindset: Works effectively with all stakeholders. -Ability to prepare and present cost analyses, recommendations, and reports to senior management and clients. -Thorough understanding of project specifications and prequalification documents. -Strategic thinker with experience in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising on quality. -Advanced analytical and negotiation skills to manage vendors, stakeholders, and complex project requirements. -Strong expertise in façade systems: Unitized Systems, Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized Systems, Cladding, Steel Fabrication, Skylight, Doors, Windows, and Handrails. -Strong leadership and team management capabilities, mentoring junior team members for consistency and quality. -Expertise in preparing contingency budgets to address unforeseen project challenges. -Comprehensive understanding of labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs. -Awareness of building codes, façade performance standards, and international pricing norms. -Minimum 8-9 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in the façade industry. -Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. -In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle, cost breakdowns, and budgeting.
