Tasks
-Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management and clients -Ensure compliance with local and international construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures -Assist the Construction Director in developing and implementing strategic plans for construction projects -Drive innovation and implement best practices in construction methodologies and technologies -Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers -Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects -Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement -Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards -Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies -Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools -Advanced knowledge of construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices -Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders -Willingness to travel within the region as required -Experience with international projects, particularly in the Middle East, is highly desirable -Proficiency in project management and construction management software, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD -Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus -Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred -Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed choices under pressure -Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving abilities -Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP are preferred -Minimum 18 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
