Provide admin and financial support for multiple construction projects.

Tasks

-Provide administrative and financial support across multiple construction projects. -Generate commitments and manage contracts and project documents. -Review hourly change order labor rates for compliance with prevailing wage/DBA or CBA rate sheets. -Maintain organized digital documentation using cloud-based systems. -Collect, verify, and track COIs and required endorsements/limits. -Process invoices and assist with basic accounts payable (AP) tasks. -Use Excel and email tools to track, report, and share project data. -Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors. -Review certified payroll for compliance with applicable prevailing wage/Davis–Bacon Act (DBA) requirements.

What You Bring

-Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly. -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based document management platforms. -Comfortable working with financial systems and processing invoices. -Experience with Sage or Vista (or similar financial software) is a plus. -Experience supporting construction or project-based teams preferred. -Strong organizational and communication skills.
