The Role

Overview

Oversee regional gas services, compliance, finance and customer relations for social housing.

Tasks

-Monitor parts usage and credit returns to procurement department -Heavily involved in recruiting and monitoring probationary periods -Attend all contract meetings and report back to the Head of Region -To ensure compliance is met on all contracts -Ensure letter procedure is adhered to and take full responsibility for no access procedure -Assist in the preparation of bidding and contracting for new work -Be the main link with our clients in terms of contract management -Ensure the fleet of your region is kept to a high standard. Working with the fleet department when necessary, reporting any issues as they happen -Responsible for customer services including complaint resolution -Handle all forms of feedback from customers and clients and take appropriate action; take the lead on championing customer service -Manage key functions and roles within the Region -Responsible for all financial invoicing on time and chargeable works management -Work closely with HR colleagues on employee-related issues that may occur throughout the employee lifecycle. -Achieving and maintaining 100% compliance on servicing programmes

What You Bring

-Good written and verbal communication skills -Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (holding current ACS qualification) -Previous Area Manager experience preferably from a social housing/construction background -Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills -Highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel -Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service
