Tasks

-Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance -Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators -Perform daily maintenance on the plant. -Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition -Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations. -Operate asphalt equipment

What You Bring

-Good Mental concentration and judgement -Knowledge of plant maintenance and construction materials -Ability to Operate Heavy Equipment Safely -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. on occasion. -Understand and carry out oral & written instructions -3-5 Years experience preferred -Experience with Loader SIZE 980. -The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy) -Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance -Current MSHA Training a plus but not required. -The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required. -Ability to keep accurate daily record.
