Supervises internal ops, schedule, A/R, and lean processes for branch efficiency.

Tasks

-Responsible for A/R with a focus on maintaining lowest level possible. -Coordinate and oversee job folders and other documents related to operational functions. -Supervise the schedule of service and install appointments, maximizing efficiency of teams and delivering high level of customer service throughout the process. -Ensure open communication between sales, operations and install teams daily. -Develop and maintain standard operating procedures. -Provide training and direct daily work of direct reports. -Manage data input into designated computer systems to assure accuracy and maximize first time throughout the process. -Lead and develop lean, efficient, and standardized methods within functions, with a consistent emphasis on continuous improvement.

-Demonstrated leadership skills in directing, managing, and motivating employees. -Excellent analytical skills. -Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. -Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of outstanding customer service experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. -Excellent organizational skills. -Dependability in meeting deadlines, follow-through, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. -Proven ability to remain calm during stressful situations. -Excellent communication skills.
