A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Generalist HR role.
Bachelor's degree tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Organisational Psychology.
Proven experience working within a People & Culture (P&C) team, with exposure to Employee Relations (ER) and a strong track record in corporate project work.
Experience in managing complex HR cases, investigations, and providing consultative support to business leaders.
Collaborates with partners: HILT CRC, SmartCrete CRC, MECLA, VDZ and Calix (COâ‚‚ capture development), plus industry associations to support NZE roadmap.
