Tasks

-Arrange and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm and in in depth knowledge of our BTR developments and amenities. -Negotiate tenancy terms to secure the best outcome for both Landlord and Tenant. -Introduce new business opportunities -Collaborate with the BTR in-house teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience. -Conduct referencing checks and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation is met. -Qualify new applicants and guide them through the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement and move in. -Deliver exceptional service to applicants, residents, and landlords. -Handle inbound inquiries and generate interest through proactive marketing and networking. -Manage client expectations effectively, aiming to exceed them every time.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of relevant rental legislation and compliance. -Previous experience in lettings, sales or a customer-facing sales role - BTR experience is advantageous but not necessary. -Ability to work independently and within a team. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. -Strong negotiation and sales skills with a customer-centric approach. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
