Overview

Lead Power Delivery practice, build client relationships and grow teams across Texas and nationwide.

Tasks

-Gain an understanding of Kimley-Horn’s existing Transmission and Substation capabilities. -Work with our marketing team to expand Kimley-Horn’s brand recognition in your areas of expertise through conferences, professional meetings, and other opportunities. -Develop relationship with office leadership in The Woodlands, Houston, and other offices in locations for strategic client and/or recruiting. -Partner with existing Kimley-Horn Practice Builders to evaluate our current clients, and certain renewable energy clients, to identify those presenting the best opportunities for you to support and partner on to grow. -Work with partners to identify project teams through existing and future staff resources.

What You Bring

-Willingness to occasionally travel (as required) for business needs -Registered Engineer (Electrical, Structural or Civil) -10+ years of power utility experience -Become educated on Kimley-Horn business practices and resources with the partnership of your integration team. -Integration into the national Power Delivery practice and developing relationships with other Practice Builders.
