Tasks

The Project Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all aspects of quality management for major projects within midstream and terminal sectors. This role ensures that all project activities—ranging from engineering and procurement to fabrication, construction, and commissioning—are executed in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) and meet the organization’s high standards for safety, reliability, and compliance. The QA Manager will also support smaller, locally managed projects and maintenance scopes executed. Our team is looking for a Project Quality Manager support project teams and ensure effective implementation and adherence of HSE and safety policy and project requirements. This position will require sometimes to have extended hrs as well as work on weekends. -Integrate quality assurance requirements into project execution plans, request for quotes (RFQs), and contract documentation to ensure quality standards are clearly defined and measurable. -Develop, maintain, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) as the standard for all large capital projects. -Set quality expectations, obtain team approvals, and ensure alignment across project teams and contracted partners. -Track and communicate quality metrics, nonconformance trends, and lessons learned to project leadership. -Review and approve vendor and contractor quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and documentation for compliance with project requirements. -Coordinate and manage shop inspection programs and field verification of contractor quality control activities to confirm adherence to specifications and procedures. -Provide guidance to internal teams and contractor quality leads. Manage direct reports or contracted QA/QC resources during key project phases. -Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and quality performance across project phases.

What You Bring

-Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent). -Demonstrated ability to interpret technical specifications, review quality documentation, and lead audits or assessments. -Working knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, and other relevant industry standards. -Strong understanding of EPC project execution, fabrication, construction, and commissioning quality processes. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). -Experience implementing or managing a corporate or project-level QMS. -Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. -Prior experience supporting mega-projects or multi-phase project execution in the LNG sector. -Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements applicable to LNG facilities. -Minimum 10–15 years of quality assurance experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects (preferably LNG, oil & gas, or petrochemical sectors). -Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary and multicultural environment.
