Tasks

-Maintains strong process management capabilities to manage investor relations processes across various key assignments, including the earnings process, conference preparation, investor days, and other key industry events. -Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across Corporate Finance in partnership with Legal, Sustainability and Communications. -Ensure consistent, transparent, clear, and compelling communication of GE Vernova’s strategy, financial performance, and outlook to investors, analysts, and rating agencies. -Manages investor relations role and interaction in preparing the Sustainability Report and Annual Shareholder Meeting materials. -Proactively partners with functional teams to develop select materials for earnings, conferences, and other events. -Serves as the project manager for our annual Investor Day updates, working with cross functional teams on the content and structure of this key event. -Maintain in-depth understanding of the company, its businesses, industry fundamentals, and the roles of the sell and buy side communities. -Serve as second-in-command to the VP, Investor Relations, to design and execute a cohesive investor relations strategy aligned with business objectives and shareholder value creation. -Leads in-depth analysis used in investor targeting of mutual funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, sustainability investors, and alternative asset managers. -Provide strategic counsel, in partnership with VP, Investor Relations, to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors on investor sentiment, market expectations, and capital markets trends. -Lead and develop high-performing investor relations team; develops and coaches team members. -Interacts with sell side analysts and buy side investors, serving as a key contact for external constituents and delivering GE Vernova related content and messages. -Attends investor events, including industry conferences and non-deal roadshows with the CEO/CFO and VP of Investor Relations -Evaluates sell side analyst models to understand key drivers impacting consensus.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. -Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, investor relevant messages. -Understands and develops materials summarizing key drivers impacting competitors / customers and supports communication to the Executive Leadership Team. -Strategic thinker with high financial and analytical acumen, able to thrive in complex and fast-paced environments. -Strong executive presence with ability to influence at the Board, C-suite, and external stakeholder level. -Deep understanding of financial reporting, valuation methodologies, and capital markets dynamics. -12+ years of progressively senior experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or related capital markets roles within a publicly traded organization. -Proven track record of managing complex investor communications and senior executive engagement. -Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to develop and talent and ensure cross-functional coordination. -Collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization. -Resilient leader able to manage ambiguity and act decisively under pressure. -Gravitas and credibility to represent the company and guide and influence internal and external stakeholders through uncertainty with transparency.
