-Assist with order entry, updates, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. -Communicate with external customers via email and phone to provide support and information. -Prepare accurate quotes for specialized products tailored to critical environment applications. -Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. -Review project specifications to ensure quotes meet all technical and compliance requirements.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately. -Dependable and productive with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Experience with order processing and quoting software. -Post-secondary education: University degree or college diploma. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -High attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Minimum five years of experience in customer service, order processing, and quoting in a technical or manufacturing environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
